Power of prayer:

I received this prayer request from a dear friend.

Dear, There is a volunteer at the elementary School that got sick 2 weeks ago – around The time the school had a H1N1 outbreak. She developed pneumonia and is at her 2nd hospital. They do not expect her to Recover. She has 2 young sons - ages 3 And 8. Her name is Alisha. Will you please? Pray for her and request prayer from any Prayer groups you know of? Thank you, Friend

James 5:13-18

Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray.

Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise.

Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.

And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.

The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.

“Faith, Believe & Trust, a friend asked me “why do bad things happen to good people?”I told her that no human has answer to such question .But I know that God hears each one of our Prayers when we pray. God does answer in God’s time, God’s way, and according to God’s plans.

I have been affected by the power of prayers from the prayer of someone else.

When I receive a prayer request, Lord is showing Light and Love to follow Him.

This is the opportunities we have to work together to bring glory to God.

Matthew 9:20-22

Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, "If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed." Jesus turned and saw her. "Take heart, daughter," he said, "your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that moment.

Prayer:

Father God, thank you for listening to our prayer. You know our needs as well as our wants. Please help Alisha, who has a medical illness. We pray that you will put together medical staff to help Alisha and help her families come together as Alisa is going thru chronic medical condition. Please God help Alisha, her children, her families use this time to come together to Trust, Faith, and Love and put Hope in Jesus. You show us that we cannot handle life in our own, we need you God and we know that you are the one who knows the outcomes of our lives and you alone hold our future.
